Preparatory work

Preparatory work must be carried out before installing the house on the site.
Preparatory work is not included in the price of the house and is paid additionally by the buyer.

If you don’t have water and sewer service at your property, you need to install:
1. Water supply well 1500 €
2. BIO sewage 2500 – 3950 € – the price depends on the sewer system capacity.
It is necessary to carry out excavation work on the site and prepare it for installation of the foundation on Fibo blocks. The cost of land work depends on the complexity of the site and is paid additionally by the buyer of the house.

Transportation
Transportation cost is calculated based on the delivery location.
Crane 
The cost of the crane is calculated based on the unloading time.
Electricity must necessarily be brought to the site by the plot owner.
If you have all communications, electricity, water, sewerage, then we give you the connection points where they should be connected. Connection of the house to the communications is free of charge in this case.

Installation

The house does not require a classical foundation. The house is placed on Fibo blocks. If desired, the house can be dismantled and moved to a new location.

Heating

The home is heated with air-to-air systems, you can switch the heating to air conditioning if you wish. It is also possible to install an air-to-water system, which enables the underfloor heating throughout the house.

Innovations

The house has an optional solar panel installation on the roof. It is also possible to install a carport for cars with solar panels.

Exterior finish

Material Swisspearl is used for facade cladding.

Interior finish

Norwegian Huntonit panels are used for interior finishing.

Floor

Natural oak parquet from the Norwegian company Boen is used for flooring. This parquet is distinguished by the highest quality of production, it does not absorb moisture, is scratch-resistant and durable.

Windows

For the production of windows is used three-layer profile manufactured in Germany by Rehau.

Insulation

Mineral fiber wool Isover, manufactured in Finland, is used for insulation.

Roof

 Finnish material icopal pinta polar is used for roof finishing. It is an ecological, durable and long-lasting material.

Water filtration and purification system

The home can be equipped with innovative water purification and filtration system that will ensure you always enjoy clean drinking water.

Frame

Rigid frame construction made of thick C24 standard timber.

Air recuperation

Thanks to heat recovery ventilation, your home will always be warm and fresh. The recuperator helps reduce heat loss and heating costs.

The terrace is made from WPC boards (wood and plastic composite).
